Recovered files. repair databases

i have a large referenced library. Library is on a Drobo 5d. Every so often aperture starts running slow and then I will open it and it says they have detected inconsistencies in my library and recommend I repair it. I go ahead and repair it and now a recovered folder appears. In the recovered folder are 133 images. Always the same 133 images. How do if get rid of these 133 images or "fix" these images so this will stop happening? It's driving me nuts. Please, help. I appreciate any and all suggestions as I have done all I know how to do.
