I'm trying to allow TLS 1.0 for a vpn connection. How do I change my internet options to allow this?

I need to log into jupiter network connect for work.

I have a macbook pro running Yosemite. It's up to date.

Safari is 9.0

I've been given instructions to click on preferences/advanced/change settings/advanced/settings and check TLS 1.0

That works until I get to the 2nd advanced button. Settings are not an option and I don't see any options for checking a TLS box
