Welcome to the Apple Community.

You can see them in the Photos app, you need to enable iCloud Photo library (settings > Photos & camera) first though.

Go to settings > photos & camera and enable iCloud photo library, if you want to save space on your phone you should also opt to use optimisation whilst in this setting. Then just launch the Photos app on your phone and your photos should start to appear.
