i phone 6 frozen

Tried to upgrade to ios 9.2 and now my phone wont do anything not even turn off ,when plugged in says it cant update so has to go back to factory setting but only gets half way through this operation and the stps and comes up with a fault code of 53 any suggestions have tried to wake it up but no luck ??
