I upgraded to El Capitan. My MIDI interface is not active, it doesn't light up so my Roland keyboard doesn't work on Sibelius or Logic X. The audio MIDI setup window in the utilities won't open.

You may want to consider rolling back to your previous OS until all the wrinkles are ironed out.
