Deselect text in Safari

HI folks.

THis nervs me almost every day.

WHen scrolling through websites Safari selects often the text if i keep my finger on the ipad to long.

EVerything then went blue and the copy... Overlay box appeared ontop of the website text.

MY question is how to deselect the text so the blue selection field went away?
