My iPad stopped getting mail and it says wrong password. I cannot access my iCloud, Yahoo! due to this. Please help ASAP.. Thank you..

Do you have Restrictions Enabled.

I Am just wondering why who enabled the restrictions. I am sure I did not do it. Is there a glitch somewher? Thanks a lot anyway.

Restrictions requires a passcode, so it's not something that could just be turned on by a glitch.
