I have windows 10 on my PC and I need to download Safari server to check my website out.
What or where do I go to do this or a link to do so.

Apple no longer develops a Safari version for Windows.
You can't. Apple no longer makes Safari for Windows and doesn't provide a link for anyone to download the last version they did develop because it's not stable and prone to lots of problems. I also would not advise you to seek a link from any third-party sites to download it, either. You have no idea what's coming with that download, and the adware/malware that could get on your system would not be good.
Try Firefox.
