Sometimes I upload photos to iCloud via iCloud.com instead of mac or iOS devices. Since a few days ago, when I access to Photos via iCloud.com, the page is stuck at endless updating status for past 4 days and won't load any photos. Photos taken with my iPhone, however, are synced across all iOS devices with no problem. What can I do to make photos in iCloud.com work again? Thanks!!!

You might try in a different browser or after resetting the cache in your current browser.
I cleared cache and used IE, chrome and Safari. None worked :-( Still stuck and the iCloud.com photo page is not loading any photos.
Then I'm not sure what else to suggest or even if there is anything you can do yourself. I suspect it will likely sort itself out in time, but if you do discover anything that helps please let us know so we can help others.
