Q: How to enable Share Menu?

I can't Share files to iMessages, email, or anything else. Tried the Terminal command here: If Share options or Markup is missing after upgrading to OS X Yosemite or El Capitan - Apple Support.

Didn't work.

System Preferences > Extensions is empty... there is nothing to enable. I just want my default Share Menu back.  How can I do this?

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2011), OS X El Capitan (10.11)

This work-around does the job for me (had no Share link for emails); HOWEVER, the same problem arises after each reboot. In-other-words, after restarting my iMac the same inability to use the Share function with email reappears. I apply the recommended solution each morning after restarting the iMac and we are good to go till the next reboot. Apparently, either I do not have a setting adjusted correctly or the recommended solution for the Terminal Command needs adjusting to make the solution permanent.

The work-around works for me also, BUT like smash09, the problem reappears after a reboot.

Something needs to be done to make the solution permanent.
