slow loading using apple tv

I have an apple TV since a big white box model and when having 2MB was enough.

Unfortunately, the old one finally got damaged and now I have two apple TVs, gen 2.

They worked pretty fine, but recently both started to take a VERY long time to stream whatever TV show or Movie I had selected. It's Incredible!

at first I thought it was something with my Internet provider/bandwidth. Then, when using Netflix in both Apple TV and PS3 I had no issues at all. I have 7MB which is not too bad, and as I said, I had no issues before whatsoever.

Does anyone know what has happened? could this be an faulty update? Its unbelievable, I recently gave an Apple TV for a Birth Day present to a friend.

I just hope someone else had same issue and could share how to fix it.
