If I upgrade my storage space on icloud and then later decide to go back to the original storage space will I lose my data?

If I upgrade my icloud storage space on my iphone 5s from 5gb to 50gb and then later in the future decide to go back to 5gb will I lose my data?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.0.2
