Can't send email but can recived?!

Dear L&G,

i try to send email from my iMac and appear this message below?!?

any one can direct me to the problem resolution?

My solution: Install Mozilla Thunderbird.

It's a glitch in the mail app. Even when I fixed the problem for a client before, less than 3 days went by and it reoccurred.

For the record though, my (temporary) fix was to erase the outgoing server and reenter the info.

i did install mozilla how ever still now mozilla crash sometimes... often..

what should i do next 😠

okay, this has happened to me twice. edit the outgoing server. Make sure all the info is correct. write it all down, delete it and re-enter it. That seemed to work. I don't know WHY it lost it's tiny little mind, but this process fixed it. It is maddening when this happens!
