How to Show Date Created

How do I get Tiger to show the creation date of a file in finder view and File Open dialogue boxes? Previously (in 10.3) the View-Options dialogue had all the options showing, with a check box. Now, that dialogue has a "Keep arranged by" checkbox with dropdown menu, but I can't find the options to actually show the file info.
I want to see date created, date modified and file or folder size. I can only see file name and date modified at present.

when you select your file in the finder click option and I (for info).

That's not the solution I want. That means selecting one file after another, getting info on that file and then moving on. I want to see the creation date in list view in the Finder, or in the Open File dialogue from within an app.

So you open your volume>you have all your applications, files etc in the big window,yes,you view them as a list, yes, then click view options there you have the option of this window only or all window>show coloms option date modified,create,size, kind...

So I'm dumb... I guess I was trying to select the Show creation date in the columb view and hadn't realised the options available change with the view.
