Why can't I update my FCPX to 10.2.2?

I click on UPDATE for my Final Cut Pro X to be updated to 10.2.2 and it gives me this warning...This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled. Can someone at Apple please explain what is going on? Thanks!
