iCloud photo storage problem

Hey guys, I used to save all my photos in iCloud, but they say that i have the storage full but in my iPhone was just 700 MB (yes, the original photos option was enable) so I backup all my photos in my computer and i erased all the photos in the iCloud... Now this still saying me that they are 32 photos that they are using 4.2 GB that's a lot and i can't find that photos to delete them. I already check in iCloud.com, in photos app for mac and the photos app in my iPad and my iPhone and it says that is empty... please I need help. I want my storage back. This is just and photos problem, when im in iCloud they said that photos use 4.2 GB in other things my iCloud is almost empty, i don't have backups for my devices.
