How to make Icons larger in File Upload Window

I have no problem with finder and changing Icon size for browsing photos. The problem comes with email or facebook, etc. The Icons I get in "File Upload" windows is so small, I can't really tell what the photo is. How can I make the Icons larger in File Upload??
