Q: After update my TV screen is pink
I have a mac mini that is plugged into my Yamaha receiver via HDMI which then runs to the TV. I've been running this configuration for a few months with zero issues. After updating to El Capitan my TV screen is now pink. Sometimes when I reset the power I can see the apple logo and boot up in a pink tint but before I have the option to even log in the screen then goes completely bright pink.
My Mac mini is the base model of the latest version. I've tried unplugging it, letting it sit for hours off, I've unplugged and eventually restarted it without the HDMI plugged in initially, I've swapped HDMI cables with my XBox 1 that works perfectly for the xbox and yet it's still pink. I've tried different HDMI ports on the receiver, including the one the xbox uses.
I connect to the mini using a wireless keyboard with built in pad. Is there anyway I can connect via the network to that computer and control it with a remote desktop to see what the issues are? I've always used my TV as the screen and do not have another monitor to plug it into.
