Q: Internet is not working on Mac

i have turned off the internet and restarted the Mac and it still will not connect to the net. It sometimes works but then it stops . My IPads work , but not my Mac . I can't even download the new operating system from the App Store ... Someone HELP ME !!

Also try turning off Bluetooth.

If your Wi-Fi source is capable of generating a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network, try that to help avoid conflicts with Bluetooth.
