Unable to see external disks after updating OS X El Capitan

After updating to OS X El Capitan, unable to see my external disks.

The External Disks is checked in FINDER Preferences.

Also the disk are Greyed out in DISK Utility...

Please help to get access to these two disks.....infact when I tried another disk, it is also unable to show in FINDER.....

The problem solved.....OS X El Capitan will not support NTFS formatted disks, but there are third party drovers, TEXERA NTFS and PARADON NTFS, these drovers will enable you to connect the external disks to your Mac system......Thanks to the Apple Support and their Supervisor.......
