how to download iPhoto
my Mac has come back from being repaired.. no iPhoto on the dock or anywhere i can see.
How can I download it again please ?

The best solution for you, using such an old version of the OS, is to go back to wherever you got the machine repaired and ask them to reinstall it. There is on downloadable version of iphoto that will run on 10.9.2.
