Iphone 6 touchpad is not working.
Worked fine a couple hours ago. Now not recognizing any touch. Will unlock with fingerprint on home button but no apps will open after that.

Reboot phone - no data loss
Hold down off/on and home buttons together till you see Apple logo and then allow normal boot up
If the problem persists - back up your phone to iTunes and restore as new and let us know what happens
