Itunes does not show movies or tv shows

I just updated my ipad to IOS 9.0.2 and now when I go to Itunes it does not give me an option to see movies or tv shows; only music. If I plug into the computer I can sync movies and watch them.

I have synced it to the computer and reset it a couple times, still no option to purchase or download previously purchased movies or tv shows through the Itunes Store app.

any ideas?
