iCloud ID locked down need help

Dear all,

Few days ago, my apple ID has been locked down.

I was a MobileMe account to iCloud account, which means I applied this account for many years.

I can not remember the security question I set before.

And this account was applied in Canada, with a Canada credit card.

I came back to Taiwan for a long time, and lost that card already.

All my devices use that iClound ID, and I can not unlocked them.

Need help.

Is there has another way to unlock apple ID?

Besides security questions and credit card.

If you are no longer in Canada then you cannot use the Canadian store, being in a country is part of the store's terms - while you are in Taiwan you can only use the Taiwan store.


What do you mean 'has been locked down' ? Do you mean that you are getting a message that it's disabled or locked when you try to use it ?


If it's been disabled for security reasons : If your Apple ID is locked - Apple Support


If iTunes have locked the account then only they can potentially re-enable it (but if you are trying to use a country's store when not in that country they may not do so) :https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html


If you mean that you can't remember your account's password : http://iforgot.apple.com, or Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
