Hi, when exporting from numbers to excel the dropdown list I created on numbers got lost. Is there a way to preserve the lists when exporting from numbers to excel?

I do no think Excel supports formatting that creates a pop up menu. Excel creates pop-up menus thru Visual Basic and, it seems, the pop-up menus are not consistent across versions of excel. If Excel is a must for you I suggest avoiding this feature.
Unfortunately, the feature does not export to Excel and Excel's way of doing it does not import into Numbers. Numbers does it with a cell format (Pop up menu). Excel does it with data validation. The two are very different, even if the results appear to be similar.
