Problems with iCloud sync

I have just made a clean install of El Capitan (twice infact) but can´t make iCloud sync my Contacts or Keychain to my MacBook Air after that.

I Have unchecked Contacts and Keychain in iCloud preferences, logging in and out of iCloud with no luck.

Any ideas to what can help`
