WIN 10 - ITUNES DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE IPHONE - WIN10

I updated the operating system of my notebook for WIN10 and now iTunes does not recognize my iPhone 4S, because of this problem I can not make my iPhone backups.
I need to back up because I bought another iPhone and need to transfer data from this phone to the new phone.
I do not know what to do, I have completely uninstalled iTunes and installed again but the problem remains, that is, it does not recognize the iPhone.
What can I do???
Does anyone have any suggestions ???
