Logic currently only showing 26 audio tracks
- how do I see all that can be recorded without putting them in the arrange page?

26 tracks is a lot to view all at one time, even with a large monitor. You can grab the line between tracks and drag up/down to resize them. Hold the Option key and they'll all resize at the same time.
