Q: not able to download os x el capitan

I am not able to download OS X El Capitan. When I click on the download button, it say 'waiting' and download doesn't start. Please help

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

    Hello Kushal Agarwal,

     

    As a first step of troubleshooting this issue where the El Capitan installer is stuck at Waiting, I'd like you to please check for unfinished downloads in the App Store.

     

    To start downloading any apps you purchased but haven’t successfully downloaded, choose Store > “Check for Unfinished Downloads.”

     

     

    If the issue persists then please let me know.
