installed PCI Express Mercury Accelsior_2 ssd

I cloned my HD with Carbon Copy onto an installed PCI Express Mercury Accelsior_2 ssd and selected it to boot to that drive and can't get past the white screen with the apple

I uninstalled it, erased it portioned it and started again compared the contents and seemed to all be there and still won't boot up,
