Q: How do I unlock the screen on my IPAD2?  I am unable to slide the screen to open or shut down the IPAD2 since upgrading to IOS 9.02.  Has anyone encountered this problem?

I have the same question too.  -I was trying to update my IPad IOS system.  After i updated it in the night, the next morning I found a picture of " a ipad charger arrow to an iTune logo" and it was stuck there - the ipad could not be turned on again.  It was stuck.  Please advise.

You're iPad is in Recovery Mode. Something went wrong during the update. You need to Restore your iPad using iTunes on your computer. If like me you don't have a computer or the knowhow bring your iPad to the Apple Store and they'll do the Restore.
