My iCloud storage says I have 19.1 GB available but when I try to backup it says there is not enough storage space?

I updated my phone but now it will not let me backup my iCloud because it says I don't have enough storage. I have 19.1 GB left so i am very confused. Please advise!!

What size does it say your next back up is going to be.
