Applecare+ refund from another country

Hey All

I bought an iphone6s A17000 with an applecare+ program from Boston Bolyston Street apple store on 2.10.2015 (4days ago

Now i decided to cancel just the applecare+

But i'm in turkey now. Are there anyway to send my recipe online and make them cancel my applecare+, and make the refund also?

Ordinarily the cancellation and refund is handled simply over the phone - How to request a refund for an AppleCare plan - Apple Support

However, Apple's USA toll free numbers wont work outside of the USA. If you look up the number of the Apple Store you purchased it at, call them and ask if they can help you.
