Oct 6, 2015 11:49 AM in response to alegdmby mario49,Greetings alegdm,
After reviewing your post, it sounds like iCloud Music Library is not loading onto the iPhone. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
Check your Apple Music library settings - Apple Support
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
Take care -
Oct 6, 2015 3:37 PM in response to mario49by alegdm,Hi Mario,
Unfortunately, that doesn't help. I've already set it up from scratch twice following those instructions. It displays the "Loading Library" message and then goes to "Don´t miss a beat", not loading anything.

Just out of curiosity, do you have the Music app set to offline music only? Because that is the only time I have ever seen the "Don't Miss A Beat" message when I don't have any music that I downloaded to my iPhone 6 (or in Apple talk - Make Available Offline).
Tap My Music. Then tap the view button (might say Songs, Albums, etc. in Red). At the bottom there is a toggle for "Only Offline Music", turn that OFF.

Oct 6, 2015 9:33 PM in response to alegdmby sairam6662002,I too have this issue couple of days back, Tried restoring, soft reset everything. None of them worked. But today suddenly i can see all of my music library on my phone, I think there was some sync issues at apple side!
-
Oct 7, 2015 6:48 AM in response to swandyby alegdm,There definitely seems to be a sync issue with Apple.
What I've done so far:
- Logged out in the Music app and logged back in;
- Logged out of icloud and logged back in;
- Did a soft restart (turnt off, back on) on the phone;
- Did a hard restart (held lock+home til it rebooted);
None of those options helped.
Other things I've noticed:
- When I try to uncheck the "iCloud Music Library" option in Settings>Music, it will check itself back (leave the settings page, come back and it's checked again);
- When I check in iTunes what music I have on the phone, it shows me my whole library greyed out (as if it were working), but there's nothing on the iphone.
- When I log out in the Music app and try to load music manually onto the phone via iTunes, it will go through all the sync steps but load no music at all.
It's really disheartening...

Oct 12, 2015 2:03 PM in response to alegdmby nomaDicVentures,Pretty typical response from customer support:
"oh so sorry to hear that (restates problem), please refer to the settings"
Unbelievable
I also have this problem and am pretty ******- things don't "just work" anymore do they
HEY APPLE!!! WHY HAS THIS THREAD GONE SILENT? YOUR EXTENT OF SUPPORT IS TO REFER US TO SETTINGS AND LEAVE UNRESOLVED>?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Oct 24, 2015 1:18 AM in response to alegdmby pinkoos,I'm having the same problem after downgrading from 9.1 back to 9.0.2.
My Music and Playlists won't load...get the Don't Miss a Beat grey screen.
Did any of you get this resolved somehow?

Oct 26, 2015 1:04 PM in response to alegdmby aglarocca,I am having this same problem with my brand new iphone 6s. I have tried everything above and nothing has worked. Is there a solution to this?

Oct 26, 2015 1:11 PM in response to aglaroccaby pinkoos,Look at page 2 of this thread, specifically the two posts by baffronti towards the end.

Oct 26, 2015 1:46 PM in response to pinkoosby aglarocca,Still didn't solve my issue. Does being on WiFi or not have anything to do with it?
-
Oct 26, 2015 1:49 PM in response to aglaroccaby pinkoos,Are you sure you performed all the steps as outlined?
If you did, it should take you much longer than the time between my post and your reply that it didn't work.
Follow the steps, especially in the second post by bafrontti in which he/she outlined more clearly what needs to be done.

Oct 26, 2015 1:59 PM in response to pinkoosby aglarocca,I just bought the phone and have been trying to set it up as a new phone from the start. There is nothing for me to back up. My OTA backups have been a problem in the past which is why I am starting from a new phone this time. I have an apple music library that I have been building on my Mac. Shouldn't all of the music I have added there show up on my phone? I have erased the phone and started as new twice now with the same results.

Oct 26, 2015 2:04 PM in response to aglaroccaby pinkoos,Make sure you have iCloud Music Library turned on on your Mac in iTunes.
If you don't, turn it on (it's in the iTunes Preferences).
If you do, turn it off and then turn it back on.
Then, on your phone, turn iCloud Music Library off, reset Network Settings, reboot your phone and then turn iCloud Music Library back on.

Oct 26, 2015 4:28 PM in response to pinkoosby aglarocca,I tried that and it still didn't work but it was at least trying to load the library although it got stuck there. Then I updated the phone to 9.1 and was able to get it to work.
