After latest update my iPhone 6 Plus is having issues

Besides a full reset, can anyone help me with he following problems I started having after this latest update 9.0.2:

!. Bluetooth connectivity is problematic. Disconnects frequently for no reason. I have never had a problem before now.

2. iCloud contacts created on mac or iPhone don't sync across devices. Some Contacts seem to lose their names and photos.

3. iMessages are not coming through consistently and sometimes coming across as (green) text messages

Help!
