Q: How is it a subscription can start and end on the same day.  Also I have paid for Apple Music, when can I start using it.

OOkay this is third time I have written this questio, can I please just get an answer.  I have paid for Apple Music but it says I have to join but I have paid.  How can a subscription start and end on the same day?

    Hi NavyStrong,

    The resource below will confirm if your subscription to Apple Music has been set up.

    On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

    1. In the Music app, tap your profile icon in the upper-left corner.
    2. Tap View Apple ID.
    3. Under Subscriptions, tap Manage. If you have more than one subscription, tap Your Membership (Apple Music Membership) to see your membership options.
    4. Under Renewal Options, choose the type of membership that you want. Confirm your selection, then tap Done.
    5. Tap Done to return to your Account screen, and then tap Done to return to the app.

     

    Turn off automatic renewal to cancel your membership

    If you want to cancel your Apple Music membership, turn off Automatic Renewal.

    On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

    1. In the Music app, tap your profile icon in the upper-left corner.
