Forgotten my Apple ID password and cant retrieve it because the email on the account is my icloud one which i cant access because i cant remember password HELP?

I have forgotten my Apple ID password but when i go to reset it i don't know what email address it has gone to because i cant get into the account what can i do ? I cant sign out of my apple ID on my phone because i have to enter my password to do so ? Any help would be greatly appreciated !

If the methods described in If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support won't work for you then use the "Get more help" at the end and contact Apple support: Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
