Office 2011 does not work with El Capitan?

Since upgraded to El Capitan cannot start any longer MS Office 2011 for Mac. MS Outlook does not react any longer. Need to shutdown always MS application.

Any suggestions ?

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11)
