Hi guys
I have a question to the iMac 5K.
The iMac 5K has on one hand the integrated GPU of the Intel processor, and on the other hand the "AMD Radeon R9" on-board GPU.
My question: Is it possible to change between those 2 graphic options? So can I choose which one of them to use?

no the only reason it has the intel one is because it's build into the intel chipset
MacBooks where battery power is an issue disable the real gpu when not connected to ac
but on iMac which is always connected to ac the intel onboard is forever dormant

1.) So easily said: The iMac 5K has two GPU's. One built-in on the Intel CPU, the other one is an on-board GPU. The iMac 5K just uses the on-board GPU (AMD) and the GPU on the Intel is not used.

2.) And then 2 questions to your annotation to the MacBook Pro.
a) As far as I know only the 15-inch, 2499$ version has an additional AMD GPU. The other ones just have the integrated GPU on the Intel CPU, right?
b) Do you know if the user of the MacBook Pro 15-inch, 2499$ version can change between the two graphics himself (manually) or is it only automatically?
