Payment information do not transferred to bank

Hello,

I'm trying to pay for Apple Music via master card.

I have entered all the payment details and got a test transaction for 1 $.

But my Billing method was rejected after.

I had a call with my local bank, and they told me that bank that support Apple.com site, do not send them my CVC code that i have entered. So they are unable to confirm my card data, and can not resolve this issue. Is here some options to resolve this problem?
