iTunes Match library fails to load in Apple Music

I am on iOS 9.0.2 on an iPhone 6s. I have followed all the instructions for Apple Music and iTunes Match. What happens is I open Apple music, go to My Music, click on Library and it shows "loading library ..." briefly, and after a minute it switches to the "Don't Miss A Beat" screen and when I search for my music none is found.
