Email Drafts have no Content

Hi,

My exchange email account is having issue with the drafts saved on the phone. I have an iPhone 6 and spent a considerable amount of time last night writing 20 draft emails on my phone. When I went to send them this morning they are showing as 'message has no content'.

There are also some drafts which show content when listed in the drafts folder but are blank when I open them. It appears to be affecting my exchange account primarily. I tried to search through the forums but I can't seem to find another person with the problem. It seems to happen with emails in the inbox but not drafts.

I'd really like to not have to re-do all my emails again,

I Am having the same problem - I rely heavily on using drafts and am dismayed that so much work is potentially lost. What is the solution?

Try updating iOS 9.0.2

TThanks 8delahaut, I am fully updated on all my software. So unfortunately that cannot be the problem. I'm left with draft email titles and no content and no trust in using drafts. Do you think there is any way of recovering the drafts? thanks

Thanks 8delahaut, as above I am updated and have the same issue, The issue still remains, also I have noticed that some drafts are showing with a different email address from the one I originally used to create the draft.

It does seem to be a very random fault. Thanks again.

Have you tried holding the power button and the home button until you see the apple logo appear?

I've just tried that now and sadly it didn't make any difference. I can't understand why suddenly the drafts would be blank. When you open them, there's no title, no recipient and no content...

I have tried the standard reset the phone with the power button and home button. I have removed and re-added the mail account (I am also using the native mail app on the iPhone) this has had no effect on the issue. It still remains.
