Q: since ios 9.01 I can't access the app store.

I cant get access to the app store on my iphone6 since IOS 9.01 was installed. On my ipad air2 I haven't updated ios9.01 and it works fine on that.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.2

Update your iPhone to 9.0.2.

Tap Settings > General > Software Update

Then try the App Store.

Make sure to backup your iPhone using either iTunes or iCloud prior to updating the software.
