Mura spots and video issues on MBP retina mid 2012 - recall from Apple

Hello,
1.0) I have an MBP retina mid 2012 15" 8gb 2.3GHz some months ago I had this issue and from that time, nothing happened again, but I'm afraid it can happens out of their recall limit time: (no reboot, or error message, I lunched the diagnostic without any problem found)

YES - Distorted or scrambled video on the computer screen..
1.1) If my battery reports "the battery requires assistance" should/must I change it before to obtain the replacement?

1.2) Can I ask to be replaced the motherboard with the 2.6GHz and 16gb ram paying the extra cost?User uploaded fileUser uploaded file

2) Now I also have 2 mura spots on my samsung screen, but I'm out of warranty, but I'm absolutely sure this is not a problem caused by me, the laptop has been treated with kid gloves, not even a scratch on it, always protected with case and keyboard cover,... yes I know I'm obsessed to keep everything perfect..)
Can I ask a a screen replacement without pay? (Why should I pay for an issue that is so common among the users here and around the web?!)

I have a late 2013 13" rMBP that required a display replacement after ten months of ownership. Looking back on it now, I am sure it was the AR coating pealing and cracking in the corner of the display. They replaced it under warranty, unfortunately they replaced it with a display that developed a mura within a few months. Replacement parts are only warranty for 90 days, so Apple won't budge. This is a defect that came from the factory. I didn't cause it. I have been dealing with Corporatate Executive Relations for a couple months on this and they just read a training manual response when we talk. I have never had such a frustrating issue with Apple. They are replacing displays now with that quality program, where customers actually caused the problem by using harsh cleansers, but they won't replace a display that was defective from the factory.

I brought back my laptop in a Dublin Apple Store, they tested with a software (not apple) my gpui, then they sent my mbp to the assistance and without to know if they are gonna change the gpu or not, because it depends from the assistance.

So, I bought a mbp for 2300€, they admitted it comes with an issue to the gpu, and I'm under a free replacement program since my model no. is one of them, and I don't know if I'm gonna have my mbp fixed or not..

I mentioned also the issues with mura spots, but at this point I really doubt they are gonna change my gpu, and even less the screen.

I already imagine any kind of excuse for make me pay..I will not pay, I don't care anymore of apple product, if this is how the assitance really works, I prefer to buy another laptop, now I'm without my laptop and I'm not even sure if I'll be the gpu replaced.

Some users had they gpu changed in 1-2 days..I need to wait 17 days before to hear any response and also I had to pay a 50€ fee for what I don't know.. (I still have to pay this fee, and I'm gonna ask to the store why)

Too many issues with this crazy expansive product.

I ended up going to my local Apple Store and spoke with a manager about my issue. He was so much more compassionate and understanding than the Corporate Executive Relations bully I had been dealing with. He knew that it wasn't acceptable for this notebook to have so many issues with the display. We compromised and I paid a substantially lower amount to have the display replaced. The manager and genius I worked with restored my faith in Apple and their willingness to stand behind their products. I still can't believe the treatment I got from the Corporate Executive Relations Team. It was embarrassing. The new display has a 90 warranty. I am going to watch it daily to make sure no muras appear.

I paid $200. I was the one who actually named the price. I might have been able to get it even cheaper, but I felt like that was fair. I was also just happy that they understood how frustrating this issue was for me, and that Apple needs to be responsible for the problems these displays are having. Who knows, maybe there will be a quality program that covers this issue as well, and I can get my $200 back.
