Just Upgraded to OS X E! Capitan snd now Outlook does not properly load

I just Upgraded to OS X E! Capitan and now Microsoft Outlook does not properly load. When opening Outlook I get the color wheel of death and the application does not load. Other Microsoft applications work fine, do anyone know what can I do to fix this issue.

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11), Outlook worked fine on Yosemite 10
