I'm trying to download two apps: Collageit and Photo Collage Maker. Both are free and when I click "get" the installation becomes hung up. On the purchased page, both apps show "waiting to install" and the grey button reads "pause".
Go to Launchpad. Find the downloading apps (you may have multiple pages of apps to swipe through). Click and hold an icon until they start jiggling and an X appears in the upper left corner of the icon. Click the X to delete the downloads. Go to the Mac App Store Purchased pane and try again. Download one app at a time.
