Photo folders not syncing with albums iOS9

I have a bunch of folders in my photos app on Mac OS X in which contain multiple albums. For example I have a Lake Trip folder that contains albums from all my lake trips. When I sync my iPhone 6 iOS 9 with my El Capitan Mac OS X, the albums all show up on my iPhone not organized in their specified folders. So now I just have like 50 albums I have to scroll through. I know you can create folders on the iPhone but won't let me move the albums to specific folders. My Mac OS X photo app is organized but they will not stay organized on the iPhone in the folders when I sync. Please help.
