Dark mode stuck in Yosemite 10.10.5

My Mac (2012 circa AirBook) was just upgraded to 10.10.5 yesterday. It is stuck in Dark Mode. My data was migrated over from a time machine backup. I don't have the Lights Out software. I tried booting in SafeMode and unchecking and did not work. I also deleted the Library Cache and rebooted and it did not work.
