Home sharing problem

The home sharing function doesn't work between my Iphone 5s (9.0.2), and my 2012 mid MPB (Yosemite). On the Ipad Air (9.0.1) everything good.

I've tried to Factory Reset, the first 1-2 hour went fine, and the next morning (after 1-2 min of playtime) the service drops the connection, and unable to reconnect.

They're on the same wifi network, and i've tried all the troubleshooting methods, doesn't help anything.

Please help!
