I Tunes update can not find itunes.msi on my Windows 10 PC. New problem.

Unable to update I-tunes on my Windows 10 PC. Update can not fine iTunes.msi and even when I find it and click on it I get the same message. this is a new problem and may relate to recent Windows 10 update.
